A topper with the famous Fairy Fire base and a glowing ultra aurora blue to indigo flakey.
Marvallene came up with this recipe after drinking some Moonshine. Shhh, we know, we don't even have that in our house! They made a tiny still and we suspect this is some byproduct of the distilling process.
