Will any of the retired polishes ever come back?

We won't say never, but it is highly unlikely. Sorry!

Where are your polishes made?

All of our polishes are hand-mixed in the mystical fairy forests of New Hampshire.

Are your polishes gel or lacquer?

Our polishes are a quick dry lacquer, drying almost immediately. No wait time between coats! We don't sell any gel polishes.

Do you do pre-sales?

We currently only sell products that are in stock and ready to ship.

How does the rewards program work?

Do you take requests?

We no longer take polish requests, sorry!

How much is shipping/where do you ship?

Are your polishes 10-free?

They are indeed!  We don't include any of those nasty ingredients (formaldehyde, toluene, parabens, camphor, formaldehyde resin, dibutyl phthalate (DBP), xylene, phthalates, triphenyl phosphate (TPHP), tert-butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP), ethyl tosylamide) in any of our products.

The only exceptions are products made with Spectraflair, which is 5-free. Those are noted on the product detail page.

Are your polishes cruelty-free/vegan?

Our products are never tested on animals or fairies, just humans :) We also don't include any pigments derived from insects or animals.

What should I do if the polish is too thin?

The polish was poured a little thin on purpose as it is a quick dry formula. It will thicken up with use!

What if the polish is getting too thick?

Add some of our Nail Polish Thinner. NEVER add nail polish remover!

My Glow in the Dark polish isn't glowing!

Make sure you fully charge it under either a regular light (incandescent or LED work great) or a UV light for at least a minute. It won't charge in regular ambient light. Direct sunlight may work too, as long as it is strong.

There are also certain base/top coats and polishes that will cause the glow to be severely diminished. We suggest using our base/top coats whenever possible, as we can't guarantee they will work with other brands.

My crackle polish isn't cracking!

Make sure you are putting it on top of another non-gel polish. It won't work on gel or your bare nails.

My Solar/Thermal polish isn't changing color!

These polishes can get stressed in extreme heat or cold, so if they have been sitting in a hot USPS truck for days, there's a chance they won't work. If this happens, be sure to let us know ASAP.

There are also certain base and top coats (not ours!) that will cause these to not work at all. We can't guarantee these will work with any base/top coats other than ours.
