Inspiration

Puck tumbled into the fairy queen’s throne room with his usual flair, bells jingling, only to freeze mid-bow. There she stood - the visiting dignitary from the Night Court - draped in shadows that seemed to burn at the edges, her gown shifting from deepest black to smoldering red with every movement. She was danger and desire personified.

“Careful, jester,” she purred, catching his stare. “They call me a femme fatale for a reason.”

 Puck’s grin returned instantly. “Femme fa-tale? More like femme fae-tale!”

The court groaned at his pun, but his mind was already racing. That devastating shift from shadow to flame, that dangerous allure - he could capture that.

In his workshop, Puck ground midnight itself into powder, mixing in the heat of stolen glances and forbidden dances. He created a chrome microflake formula that gleamed like polished obsidian in shadow, then ignited into brilliant fire-engine red when it caught the light - sultry, bold, impossible to ignore.

“Femme Faetale,” he declared with a flourish, admiring how it smoldered and shifted on his nails.

When mortals discovered it, they understood immediately: this wasn’t just polish, it was confidence bottled with power and seduction in every brushstroke. And Puck never tired of explaining the pun with a wink,
