An irregular aurora flaky topper in our Blue Moon glow-in-the-dark base that goes from purple to blue to red to gold and green at the extremes. Contains tiny silver holo reflective glitter.

Inspiration

Sylvanus REALLY wanted Crystal Galaxy to glow, so he added copious amounts of Blue Moon to the mix.

Application

1-2 coats over your favorite polish. Can be worn alone in 2-3 coats.  After applying, charge under a light (regular, UV or sunlight) for at least a minute to charge it.
