Inspiration

Some fairies have the ability to conjure snow and ice out of thin air. They are also capable of dropping the temperature and freezing anything that touches them.

Application

One top coat or place under a sheer jelly polish for a cool effect. Best with a glossy topcoat but matte is gorgeous as well. You’ll get the best wear by using this with a base coat and a top coat.
