Inspiration

The fairies were watching Joni's favorite holiday movie (It's a Wonderful Life) and were disturbed by it being in black and white. They decided to give life to Zuzu's Petals with as many colors as they could!

Application

One top coat or place under a sheer jelly polish for a cool effect. Best with a glossy topcoat but matte is gorgeous as well. You’ll get the best wear by using this with a base coat and a top coat.
