Inspiration

Sylvanus was out collecting mushrooms and accidentally nibbled the wrong kind. He fell asleep and when he woke, he was covered head to toe in a slimy substance. When he came home the other fairies noticed he was glowing. 

Application

Super glowy for a one to two coat topcoat depending on application. Great for nail art!

Charge under a normal light or UV light and watch it glow! You’ll get the best wear by using this with a base coat and a top coat.
